Let me tell you, this lady right here is absolutely one of a Kind. If you need a realtor that will do anything , I mean anything to help you find your dream home, she is IT! The amount of extra miles she walks, effort, communication is out of this world. For a very long time we wanted to move onto bigger property. We received several offers; she did a great job of ensuring the buyers were qualified and were the right type of buyer for a beautiful vacation rental property which ensured we sold it well and had a nice clean quick close. The buyer got what they were looking for, I got a very nice return on my investment at the top of the market. When I bought the property and when I sold it, she worked with me remotely, I live in another state, and she easily was able to accommodate, provide and execute everything needed to be able to close without my having to be physically present.
