Carol was absolutely instrumental in getting us into the perfect home for our family. She always had homes that she suggested that we tour, and she would set-up appointments with us, to take us on tours. When we arrived at her office, she always had hand-outs ready for us about each home's specific details, and she was very knowledgeable about the various aspects of each home. She has a lot of specialized knowledge about each specific neighborhood, and she knows a lot about homes and how they work. She always took the time to explain to us about how septic systems and water wells work, and always gave us ideas about what we could do with each particular home, if we chose to do so. Overall, we would never want any other real estate agent to represent our interest, because we had such an excellent experience with Carol.
