Carol and Charlie were fantastic to work with as we looked for and purchased our new home in Punta Gorda. Carol is easy to work with, dialed in to needs and wants quickly, and was tireless in arranging showing, including a few repeat showings. She was with us from start to closing and was very helpful. Having Charlie to help was great too. He was good at catching issues / defects in the home and helped line up a contractor to address them prior to closing. Both are very knowledgeable of the area and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I purchase another home!
