The house was beautifully staged and I think that made a huge difference in getting interested buyers to look at the home. Due to having a contingency purchase for my new home build, we needed to get the Martinez home sold and closed by November 30, 2021. After being on the market for three plus weeks we closed earlier than anticipated on November 3rd which eliminated a lot of stress. I highly recommend Carol Nassar who is as awesome agent.
