I wish there was an extra star because she deserves it! There are some people that are just meant to be in their profession and Carol is one of them! She was very responsive to all our needs, at all hours (even when I forgot we were 2 hours ahead of her). She was available to do video tours of properties and made it feel as though it was an "in person" tour. Her knowledge of the buying process, contracts and relationship with other realtors made our property purchase seamless. She was very knowledgeable about Steamboat and up to date on all the changes occurring with the City Counsel and STRs. She did not stop there... she gave us information on local events, places to eat, best hikes and even loaned us some of her tools for our renovation! She truly went above and beyond for us. I will miss our morning talks over coffee discussing the Steamboat Market! She is our Realtor for life and our first friend in Steamboat!

Carol fell in our laps as we were just tinkering around with the idea of buying a place in Steamboat. We were interested in checking out a property, called the selling agent and they referred us to Carol. So happy we met her. From the start, Carol was personable and took a real interest in getting to know us and what we were looking for. She is also very passionate about real estate, but even more so about her love for Steamboat. As she learned more about us, she became proactive in pulling prior house pricing data and rental income historical data. She provided a library of information on the history of each complex and wasn't shy on her own opinion of each complex or neighborhood. Ultimately, we probably made offers on 10 properties and she was never annoyed when we came up short. In fact, she was very encouraging. It took at least 8-9 months to secure a property and once we locked in a place, she wasn't done there. She continued to pull information on vacation rental property managers and even called them on our behalf. I told her, I have 5 other properties and although my representation as always been very very good, no one has exceeded my expectations like Carol Moore did.
