I was looking for an investment property to rent out. I needed an inexpensive house that needed very little improvements. I was blown off by several realtors. I'm sure it was because they could make more money on another more expensive home. Finally, I met Carol Mear. She assured me she could find what I was looking for. We looked at several homes and finally found the one! There were 19 offers made on this home. The seller picked our offer, even though it was less than 2 other offers. The seller said he picked our offer because Carol was so proficient when she filled out all the paperwork. I will always be grateful to Carol for the many hours she put in till we found what I was looking for. And for her expertise in filling out the papers.
