Carol Maines helped my wife and I find our home 4 years ago. We were very comfortable with her and the process as well as the house and property. When we decided to sell, it was only natural to reach out to her. She did a walkthrough before we listed and gave direction with regard to any needed repairs or updates. Professional photos were taken and turned out beautifully. The listing represented our home well. We received multiple competing offers on the first day. We put a lot of hard work into getting the house ‘sale ready’. We were exhausted in the end and thankful that Carol was taking care of the rest. Everything happened quickly.
