Very bad experience. Just because we couldn't show a regular monthly income, she refused a showing. We told her how much cash we have as savings. And we could have paid the lease for that house for years in advance. She even didn't ask back the owner of the property, just decided by herself. Very rude, very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I had the pleasure of working with Carol on two separate occasions. In July 2007 we met Carol while looking for a beach area home or townhouse. We saw an open house sign in front of a row of new townhouses in Indian Rocks Beach, and stopped by to view the property. Carol was at the property, and her personality and professionalism were key components in our decision to purchase one of the townhouses. The entire transaction process was handled by Carol without any issues. We had 5 great years on Indian Rocks Beach, but decided to sell the property in 2012. We asked Carol to represent us, which she did in her usual professional and friendly manner. The townhouse sold in July without any snags or issues. I am planning to relocate back to a Pinellas County beach community in a couple years, and will gladly seek the guidance and wisdom that Carol possesses for the beach areas. I am sure it will be an excellent experience!
Just great. Profeessional and detailed. Guided me through the steps. She was familar with the properties in the area I was interested. She kept me updated as anything on new on market became available. Always did what was ib my best interest.
