CAROL helped the reviewer sell this property

Having the right realtor makes all the difference!

We have used Carol for buying, and then selling a home. She trudged around many places looking for just the right one. And when we found it, she used strategies that helped us secure the property over other bidders. Selling our home proved to be a challenge when the market made unexpected changes, but she took it in stride. She kept coming up with ways to appeal to new buyers & when we had questions, she was one step ahead. We accepted an offer & she handled the sale beautifully!
