Told me what I had to do to start the process of buying a home. Showed me many different homes in my price range. Was very knowledgeable about different things to look for when looking for a home. Was very honest.

Carol went above and beyond for me. She was great!! She answered all my questions and sold my home fast. She then turned around and found me a home fast.

Carol has been extremely professional, courteous and the thing that struck me the most was how well prepared she was at our first meeting. Her knowledge,professionalism and attention to detail (I'm an engineer and attention to detail is everything to me) was exemplary and helped ease my stress about selling my home and getting the return I was expecting. Her first assessment of the value of the house was spot on, and the price we sold at, would have been the price we paid for the house at this point in time, which to me is the best deal and the most fair deal. Her support staff is excellent as well, and she and her associate is helping me find my new home, and they have been incredibly patient despite the fact that we have seen numerous good houses. We have been quite particular about the house we want and so haven't made a deal yet, but Carol and her associate have been a calming influence and they work incredible hours to find and show us more houses so that we can find the perfect one!.

I was so impressed with how honest Carol was with us when we were looking at homes. She was quick to point out flaws in the houses we were looking at, and did not try to hide the issues in order to make a sale. She worked with us and our inflexible schedule and was a trooper showing us homes during a blizzard. (we actually bought our house that day) We trusted her so much we gave her our home to list, she sold it in less than two weeks.

Carol did an excellent job helping us to sell our home. She was able to correctly price the home so there were no surprises on the appraisal. The marketing and effort she put into selling the home was outstanding. We had immediate showings and signed a purchase agreement after 4 days on the market. Carol is friendly and fun to be around but also a stern negotiator when it's needed, she's no non-sense when it comes to issues and other agents.
