I highly recommend the RE/MAX Premier Properties real estate team, siblings Carol and Eric Lee.They handled a very difficult sale for me in record time. I had a condo in Arcadia, Ca. With a " land-lease" attachment ( where the unit can be sold, but you rent the land) and an estranged spouse out of the country who was co-owner of the property. Though it all they remained professional and calm as I anxiously waited for documents to release the property for sale.
