Carol LaRosh, a great Real Estate Agent! We found Carol after having a 'not so great' experience with a different agent, at a different firm. We were so thrilled with her ideas, honesty, and high energy. She worked hard for us, and kept in contact at every turn. Because we are out of state sellers, she handled so many things for us that we just could not do on our own. When it came to negotiations, we were so glad to have her in our corner. When something unexpected would happen, she would look at the positives, regroup, and come up with a new plan. This was especially important to us, as we were on a time table to sell.
