was an absolute joy! I had the pleasure of working with her on two separate occasions and each time her effort and knowledge was awesome! She is patient and listens to what your ideal home sounds like and works tirelessly to find matches. At each house meeting she was on time and had background knowledge on hand. She answered any and all questions that I had via email, text, or in person in a timely manner and could be reached at any time. Carol has a great sense of humor and I found her to be a breath of fresh air in a time that can be both exciting and frightening. I greatly enjoyed my time with Carol.
