Carol helped the reviewer sell this property

Experience Realtor

I was glad I worked with Carol Kirk in the selling of my home. My home was on the market for less than a month before it sold. She hosted a couple of open houses and had a professional company work up a virtual tour for online posting. Selling a home in my retirement community can be very daunting since there are so many rules and regulations to follow and since Carol also lives in this community she was very knowledgeable of the procedures that needed to be followed- this helped a lot since the buyer's realtor was not familiar with our retirement community's procedures. She helped make the sale go smoothly. I would highly recommend Carol Kirk if you need a realtor in Laguna Woods.
