During escrow, Carol stays on top of the process and continuously checks in with your lender to ensure you get to close on time. This is incredibly helpful if you're working with big banks (which many realtors will sometimes not even entertain). Carol continually followed up with Escrow and the seller's agent for the many go backs for documents and this allowed us to push the process along. Carol would also go with me to the property as needed for every step of the way such as inspections. I truly appreciated how Carol personally came to give me my keys to my home and checks in after the sale to see how I'm doing! She truly makes you feel like family!
