I have worked with many realtors over the past forty years. Some have been "very good," some have been "OK," some have been "very bad." Quite frankly, I can't recall a real estate purchase I have made, or a real estate sale I have made, where I would rate the realtor as "excellent"....until Carol took on the challenge of selling our property.
