Carol Anne was referred to me by a friend. As soon as we met her I knew she was the agent for us. She has been selling properties around Lake Livingston for more than ten years. When our lake house went under contract we were a week away from going on a 16 day cruise to Barcelona. She assured us if anything needed to be handled she would take care of it. AND SHE DID!!!!
