My husband and I were fortunate to be able to have Tom and Carol Anne as our realtors 15 months ago when we started looking for a new home on the lake. This started an easy and special relationship with a very Christian couple. Then, when it got sold out from under us, they informed us about the possibility of a "backup offer", which we decided to do. Five days later, Carol Anne called to tell us that "God winked!" and the house was ours! Tom also went above the "call of duty" by taking care of some of the items on the inspection list for us since we lived 3 hours away.
