Carol Harper was recommended to us by her client. First, she patiently and deligently was seaching for houses according to our description. We were leaving outside of Kentucky. When we arrived on Sunday she spend most of the day showing us houses. I had a start date of my new job in two weeks. We did a lot of business virtually. In less then two weeks she found us house we liked, she coordinated closing upon my arrival so I did not have to stay in temporary lodging with my pets but was able occupy the house right away on the same day. Truly, she is amazing and went above and beyond our expectations. She made it all happen! Along the way, she had lots of patience with us. We changed our preferences. Carol even went to our hotel to resolve problem we faced with accommodations. She was always friendly and treated us with respect. She knew how to do business. I would recommend Carol Harper without reservation. She went above and beyond my expectations.
