Awesome to work with

From the very beginning of the process of sell the house, Carol was a joy to work with. She provide so much information on the current market values, so that we could value our house competitively and still not be over priced. This allowed for a very quick sell. (1st person to view the house) which was a great weight lifted off our shoulders. She has a great way of handling all the things that need to be taken care of with getting the property ready for sale to include photography by a professional both on the ground and aerial. Which looked awesome by the way. I would rate 100/100.
