Carol went above and BEYOND in helping my husband and I find our first home. She answered late night texts and even worked the weekends to help ensure we got the house we wanted. She went to bat for us to also make sure that all the fixes that were necessary for us to move in were made. She truly became a person we could trust. I cannot recommend Carol enough. We weren't sure whether we really wanted to sell our first house. We met with Carol and explained our reservations and from the get-go, she was extremely patient and eased our decision making process. Carol was amazing in helping us to find the right home to purchase in Etown. We were in a unique situation where my wife received orders for a short-notice PCS from the Pentagon to Ft Knox and we needed to find a home quickly. Coincidentally I had already been enrolled in a couple of courses at Fort Knox, Carol met me during my limited downtime on the weekend to show me homes all over Etown. Together we were able to narrow down the home choices after only one day of viewings. Carol's knowledge of the area and relationships with the local builders allowed us to pick a home that had everything we were looking for. A new build, outside city limits but with city services, a quiet neighborhood, a short commute, and all the amenities we were searching for. After just one day of viewings, we made an offer on a home. By the time my next school came around, we were in escrow and Carol met up with me to show me the finished home and make notes of some minor issues that she corrected with the builder. Carol was so generous with her time and attention and even gifted us with a mailbox of our choice. We closed on the home and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Carol has continued to stay in contact with us and assist us with any questions we have had. We were blessed to have had a coworker introduce us to Carol and couldn't have asked for a better home-buying experience.
Carol has been amazing as our realtor. She helped us purchase our home in 2020 when inventory was flying off the shelves quickly. We were moving to Elizabethtown from Alaska and she made the home buying process simple for us. She never hesitated to go to a property and take extensive pictures or do a video walk thru.
