Carol is a great listener. Some realtors want to "talk you into a deal", Carol asks questions, listens and recalibrates. Identifying a mortgage company can be tricky, but Carol knew several and was familiar with their offerings, which simplified what can be a hair-raising experience. Carol set the standard for service and owns the process from beginning to end. She assisted on the purchase and sale of a rental home and the purchase of a primary residence---all were great transactions.
