Carol Giovannoni
We purchased our first condo with Carol in 1996. It was an awesome experience for our family. We have spent the last 30 years keeping in touch with Carol, something might come on the market that tweaked our interest and I would just pick up the phone and call. She would make arrangements for us to look and we moved on. Carol never once did not show us something we thought we might be interest in. Then came the flooding of our condo garage, we got tired of traveling back and forth to move a car so we started looking for garages that could accommodate our car, and Carol is and has been sending us garages as they come up for years.... nothing thus far has been exactly what we were looking for. Our children are now grown with families of their own and we cannot accommodate all of us in our condo unit. So we started a couple of years ago looking for another unit. It just didn't make sense to go outside of Silver Sands where we could all be together. We made arrangements to see one unit on a Saturday, and we thought it might be a perfect fit. It was not. We had seen another unit had come on the market the Friday before, Carol made arrangements for us to see it on Tuesday, and we made an offer that same day. Carol and I stood on the balcony, and I told her my offer, and she said I am on it. The offer was to the seller that night and there was a little negotiation, but by the next day we were in agreement. We headed back up north, and Carol's husband Chris met with the inspector when he inspected the unit. He shared his own comments on things, just as we would have wanted. Carol was on top of every question we had and we were set to close in 3 weeks. We returned to Florida and did our walk through on a Sunday evening and closed first thing Monday. It was very thorough and easy and a great pleasure to work with Carol again. So very glad we even had the opportunity to have dinner to celebrate our new purchase. Thank you Carol, we are grateful for all you have done for us.
