Horrible agent, constantly made us feel as if our house wasn’t worth much, made comments that our house was not like other homes, not sure if this is b/c our house was in Chicago and shes from the suburbs, had us reduced the price b/c she felt our home wasn’t worth what she initially had suggested when she helped us purchase a home. She didn’t inform us about some information about the home we purchased. And with our home when we had a buyer she called the buyers agent that was selling their home and informed him that these people were going to buy our home, that unprofessional agent got mad and put in a fake offer and we lost our deal with those buyers! Then when we got another set of buyers she wanted us to settle on an amount of repairs even though our lawyer had suggested not to settle but our agents exact words “ I disagree with the lawyer she hasn’t seen your house!” She had also told us to clear everything out of our home b/c that’s what we had to do so the house could sell, as if people don’t sell homes while still living in them. We had a couch in the basement she said the buyers wanted the whole house completely empty, we accidentally bumped into the people and they said to us they would take whatever it was we wanted to leave, and they would want the the couch! I know lots of people who have purchased homes and they’re agents were there with them taking pictures, leaving thank you gifts, and sharing the joyous moment not our agent! I would never recommend this lady, she made us feel horrible, stressed, made us lose $ making us believe our wasn’t worth much & also for going against her policy and contacting an agent that had no business with our deal (made us lose our contract), did not share important information with us, very dissatisfied, just glad I will never have to deal with her again.
