Carol Fisher did an excellent job helping me sell my house in Rancho Cucamonga. She quickly took care of any issues that came up, gave me excellent advise in preparing the house for sale, and made sure that the sale went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property.
Carol assisted my family with the sale of my father's home during a very difficult time. Within four days Carol had the home ready to go on the market, staged beautifully and the 60 showings in four days were coordinated following COVID guidelines, followed by 20 offers. Carol compiled all the offers so it was easy to make a decision. The home sold in 30 days. Our family cannot thank Carol enough. We live out of the area and she went over and above expectations to ensure the home remained in order in our absence. She treated the home with the care and respect that my father did and he would have been very pleased with this. We will certainly be referring friends and colleagues to Carol.
Carol was extremely attentive, patient and consistently responsive. We highly recommend Carol!
