Carol was incredible to work with. When everything goes perfectly, sometimes it may not matter whom your realtor is. But if/when things go a little awry, that's when you need a talented pro like Carol. She saved this deal for me. On numerous occasions, my lender failed to disclose certain items and processes, and almost lost the deal at multiple periods. Carol took control of the situation, directed traffic, negotiated with the sellers, and practically dragged the lender across the finish line. If I had any other realtor, I would have lost this deal. This will be my retirement property and most likely my largest and final investment. Having her support was the difference maker. Carol was absolutely wonderful to work with! I live in Buffalo, NY and was looking to purchase a property in Carolina Beach, NC. It's not an easy process to buy a piece of property when you don't live in the area and Carol made it very smooth and easy. Carol listened to my wish list and was able to find many places to look at in my price range when I was finally able to come down in person to start my search. I hit a snag along the road and had to cancel one deal and Carol was very helpful and patient during this process. I was able to find another property right away that was better than the first and Carol went and previewed it for me because I was unable to be back in town. As this place needed some work, Carol successfully negotiated a lower price for me and it was accepted and I am now a Happy owner of a property with an ocean view!
