Carol Mispagel is fabulous!

Carol helped us in our search for a house in the San Gabriel Valley and we were beyond pleased to have worked with her! The first house we put an offer on turned out to not be the best choice due to inspection issues and she immediately got us out of that escrow and on the right track elsewhere. The house we ended up buying was a dream come true-but the asking price was a bit high for us. Carol got us a price we could work with and we are still happy ten years later. We will absolutely use Carol again and would confidently recommend her to others!
