We have worked with Carol to buy several homes and each time she has professionally navigated us thru the process to successful closings. With this particular purchase, the area we were looking to buy in had very limited inventory and she went above and beyond by calling FSBO's, expired and withdrawn listings in the area and sending out letters to homeownwer's in the neighborhoods were liked to see if anyone was interested in selling. She also was an expert in the area and was able to show us homes in neighborhoods we had not considered that expanded our search.
