I met Carol through Zillow, so I had no prior information on whether she would be helpful to me or not. She took charge right away and always had my best interest at heart. I balked quite a bit through the house buying process, but Carol did not waiver in her professionalism and allowed me to make up my own mind on what home was best for me. We looked at quite a few listings before I found one I liked. It was a very quick process to find the home that best suited me. Carol went to the seller with our offer and it worked out for all concerned. I don't close for a couple of weeks, but already all the repairs have been done, so now all we have to do is the walk through before the closing.

Carol has been awesome through whole Process of helping me find my home. She was attentive and met all my needs. Definitely recommending her to friends and family.
