Carol was quick to help and got work done. I called her on a Sunday, by Wednesday we were on the MLS and Sunday accepted an offer. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had no idea what to expect being the first home we've sold but she walked us through every step of the way and handled everything! It was truly effortless on our part. Even when she was out of town for a short time she had all of her bases covered back in Ohio so the process was not held up and still responded immediately to all of our questions. She was fabulous and we will continue working with her and refer her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Carol was an excellent realtor .She went above and beyond to explain the listing procedure.With my property being a Title on Death she helped direct me to which legal things I had to take care of.I also really liked the fact she took time to suggest things we could do to help with the overall appearance of the property.She did an excellent job of reaching a lot of potential customers.She planned out multiple open houses which had a wonderful turnout .The actual sale and closing was exceptionally smooth I felt like we were good hands .
