My house was only on the market for two weeks, but from the 'offer' to the 'closing' was stressful and Carol was terrific in helping me through the paperwork and letting me know what was 'fair' and what we could negotiate. I'm glad it's over, but, if needed, I would use Carol again.

Carol is caring, engaging, incredibly knowledgeable and the consummate professional...She devotes her attention and time to assist you in purchasing and /or selling your home...Over the years with her guidance I sold two homes(Interestingly both in one day) and purchased another... She's the best!!!
