I found Carol when I was looking at a property that was for sale. We were pleased at first. Our money draft was short 20 $ USD, I was back in Canada at this point. She kept messaging me for the money. I have many friends that are realtors, I asked their advice. I honestly don’t know what to say. This turned us off.
Carol is an amazing realtor. She worked tirelessly to help us find our home. She is super professional & dedicated to her clients. She was very patient with us and her level of communication was amazing, she always made herself available day or night. She went above & beyond for us, finding many houses for us to consider. Carol was always on time & extremely professional when she was guiding us through a crazy market.. We are so grateful to have had Carol by our side for this experience.
Works well in a hectic environment with pricing all over the place. Any issues that came up and there is always more than a few, where handled with total calmness and professionalism by Carol. I probably wouldn’t be sitting in my new place with a big smile but for Carol.
