Carol was absolutely wonderful through the entire process. In addition to her professionalism, knowledge, and integrity, she's someone who cares about her clients and really goes the extra mile (day and night). We purchased during the height of the pandemic during a seller's market and dealt with some very tough obstacles that mostly liked would have prevented us from buying if it wasn't for Carol. Her creative thinking, presenting/negotiating of offers, aligning of resources, and continuous positive attitude sets her apart from others. We expected a lot and got it from Carol.
