Carol is awesome. Highly recommend. We recently purchased our new home through Carol. She really knows the local market of Los Altos/Palo Alto/Waverley Park, and she has great relationship with other agents in the area. She is very professional, always patient. The purchase process was very smooth, stressful-less. She and Scott helped us a lot on fix-ups and remodeling after we purchased the home too including connecting us to contractors, helping us on appointments when we were travelling, and provided us good tips on our rental property.

Carol sold our house in Los Altos Hills. Without her persistence, initiative and creativity we would have not been able to sell it. Having previously rented our house, we sold it while living outside of California. Needless to say that the house needed quite a bit of work before it could be sold. Carol not only helped us to find contractors but coordinated their work and got the necessary certifications to complete the sale. I've sold half a dozen properties and have never seen the dedication and energy that Carol brought to our sales process.
