Carol made our home buying experience so pleasant. We were not completely "ready" to buy, but we found the house we wanted, and she worked so hard to make it happen for us. She was able to recommend lenders, insurance and inspectors who all offered us better deals/coverage than our 1st choices. Our house was listed As Is, but she still went to bat for us and got concessions for a few small issues that were discovered by our inspector. She was so patient and spent a lot of time explaining all our options and allowed us space to make good decisions, while still acting aggressively on our behalf and helping us land the house we wanted, at a fair price. I couldn't imagine going through this process without Carol. And the help didn't end with the closing. She continues to be available and helps us navigate our HOA and utility questions.
