Carol was born and raised in Chicago, IL and from there, headed east where she lived in Boston, Baltimore and Alexandria, Virginia. In 2003 , Carol's husband retired where they moved down to St.John's County, Florida where they now call home. She claims “There is so much to love about living in Northeast, Florida.” Carol has enjoyed her 3 careers throughout her lifetime. One being, the Airline industry for 25-years, another in Mortgage Lending for 8 years and now Real Estate that she's pursued for 7 years. She started her real estate career at two other brokerages, but then sought out better opportunities at Engel & Völkers Jacksonville, where she joined in March of 2022. As a professional Realtor, Carol enjoys working for her clients and the interaction it entails. Carol believes that everyone's journey is different , that is why working with someone who has the capacity to listen attentively to your needs and preferences is crucial to a successful outcome. Carol combines her high level of professionalism with a personal touch.

When I needed a realtor I was looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable. Carol is all of those things. She put me in touch with all of the people I needed to help with downsizing and moving. She gave valuable advice on what to do to make our house sellable. I felt she was always operating in our best interest. We closed on our house 42 days after it went on the market. I couldn’t have chosen s better realtor.
