Carol spent a great deal of time researching, investigating and explaining the property and process. She answered all of my questions, gave me options and how it would affect the sale, provided me with accurate and candid feedback and made the process much easier than I had expected. I posted on time and was still able to get more than asking price based on due diligence to price the property fairly and equitably for the house and location.
