I had many questions and she was always available to answer them by the end of day. She was not pushy at all but was always there if you had questions. Her strategy was spot on for selling my house. Long story short, I had multiple offers in only a few days. The house sold, closing went smoothly and received the funds the day of close. Carol Ann even helped getting me into a rental even though she wasn't going to receive a commission.
