My wife and I were looking to sell our Townhome in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. After doing some research for real estate agents, we came across Bill and Carol Burchfield. We were looking for an experienced agent who knew the area, had a business/finance background, and above all else was honest. We also wanted someone who could take care of everything from listing to closing. After reading their bio’s, we read numerous reviews and decided to make the call. On a side note, we did not live in Murrells Inlets and would have to depend on their wisdom to guide us through the process.They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were organized, explained the process to us, and helped us price our townhome appropriately. They gave us timely and regular updates on what needed to be done and the status of what had been done. When offers came in, they also gave us good advice as to the pros and cons of each offer. So, what was the result of working with them? We had numerous showings and offers on the first day it was listed. We also had a signed contract that very same day. What did we learn from that experience? We learned that the Myrtle Beach real estate market is a very busy and chaotic place at present. Bill and Carol brought clarity to it so that we could make a great decision. From listing to closing, they were there for us answering any question that we had. Would we recommend them? Here are my thoughts regarding my wonderful experience specific to Carol and Bill Burchfield. With the recent passing of my mother, they managed the process of selling the house. Actually, they came very highly recommended by my mother's sister, who sold their house, five houses down from mother's property, a year or so prior. During this very difficult time of losing my mother whom I lived with and cared for for approximately four years, both Carol and Bill were so kind, patient, and understanding through the entire process. From them advising me as to the asking price, recommending a cleaning person prior to showing the property, to explaining every detail during the listing, showing, selling, and closing of the property. Mind you my mind was else where while grieving, working full time, and just piecing my life together wondering what my next season in life looked like. With that being said, the "Burchfield team" were just an incredible stabling force during this process. They are complete professionals, seemed to know 'everything about everything' regarding the sale of real estate. For that I can not thank them enough in the manner in which they handled the process of selling mother's property.I would surely recommend the "Burchfield team" to handle any situation regarding the sale of a property. In fact, I have already done so whenever the conversational situation has presented itself. Again, they far exceeded my expectations of selling the property during a very difficult time. I cannot thank both Carol and Bill enough from the bottom of my heart. They are both wonderful people, I have been blessed to have gotten to know and work with them. They are simply the best!

Carol and Bill helped us sell our mother's home after her death. Since we live in another state, we had to rely on them to know the rules and guidelines regarding home selling in SC. Carol and Bill are a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable about the area. They were quick to help us get an offer in on a pre- construction condo near the beach. Great communication and very accessible throughout the whole 2 year construction process. Highly recommend to anyone looking in the Murrells Inlet area.

Carol and Bill were extremely helpful helping us sell our parents house in the Indigo Creek community. They have great knowledge of the market In the Murrells Inlet area. Carol and Bill spent 3 hours with us the first day sharing a wealth of information about the best way to list the house. They Instructed us for what needed to be done to prepare the house to be photographed (declutter, create open space and clear away Knick knacks). The day the house listed, we had an offer. Carol was always prompt to respond to questions and give updates( even from her cruise on vacation) We were able to sign a contract after Carol helped us negotiate and received our asking price.
