Carol and Bill are highly ethical and worked hard to meet our needs during the sale of the house. The photos and write up of the house were exceptional. They communicated w/ me after every showing. Due to their personalized efforts, the house was shown often which resulted in a timely sale. They cared about us and our needs to sell the house quickly and at a certain price. If I were to sell another house, they would be the only realtor I would call.

Carol and Bill were a great help to me as I was in MD and was doing this long distance. They were able to suggest contractors and were available to let them in the house to do the work! They were in constant contact with me every step of the way. They also helped with local companies to help get rid of some things in the house. I couldn't have done this without them!
