I was very indecisive while looking for a house. Carol was the most patient and went above and beyond to show me houses and giving me her honest opinion. After finally choose my perfect house, Carol was with me all the way in every detail, explaining everything since this was my first time buying a house in Florida. While the closing were not possible at the last moment, Carol was there making calls and fighting for me and even cried with me with the frustration of the seller taking the property in bankruptcy on a Friday at 5pm. Monday morning of the following week, she was in charge and not giving up until we had the house we dream about and wanted so much. Being a first time home buyer and living out of state the process seem very daunting. We couldn't visualize what was meant by 1300 sq. ft or 2500 sq. ft. homes and acreage, Mrs. Alomari showed us the difference in square footage to help us conceptualize the home size as well as the acreage. Once we found a home Mrs. Alomari held or hands and hearts throughout the entire process. There was an issue with the mortgage broker and she fought for us as though she was the one purchasing the home. She did our walk through for us before our closing, AWESOME. Once we in our home she didn't leave us, she helped us get acclimated to a new state as well as the in's and out's of home ownership. Her knowledge of the process is endless, we were so pleased and overjoyed that we recommended her to a friend who was looking for a home and in the same shoes we were in and now she is a home owner.
