I cannot say enough positive things about Carmit Weissman! She is not only one of the best agents in LA, in my opinion, but someone you can count on 100% for the most professional advice, representation and know-how--a true partner in your real estate journey, whether you are buying or selling. I was tasked with selling my sister's house after she passed away and from Day 1 Carmit was by my side as I embarked on the enormous task of getting the house ready to sell--all while living out of state! She is incredibly smart, resourceful, savvy, unbelievably patient and understanding. Carmit not only helped me make decisions regarding paint, carpet and finishes, but had the BEST advice in choosing people to do the work. I knew I could count on her 24/7 and up until the last signature she kept me and the deal on track.
