When you think of a realtor, you imagine them walking you through the process. The for sale sign, the staging, the open house, the multitude of documents to sign. Carmen and Nancy did all this, and so much more. They helped me get a truck and a hired hand to spend 4-5 hours pulling 35 years of stuff out of my garage, and making piles of what to throw into the trash truck, and what to keep. They literally got dirty and helped! They both have the patience of Job. They even helped me write an offer on another place when they were on vacation.
