I had a great experience working with Carmen. This was mine and my husbands first time buying a home, and we were a particularly hard client since we were using a VA loan as our method of purchase. Even with the strict guidelines that the VA has, Carmen was knowledgeable in all of them and was able to guide us on what to look for in a home and find the right one for us. But what really makes Carmen stand out from the rest is her motivation to stick up for her clients and do whatever is necessary to make sure they are getting a good home. We had to deal with switching lenders in the middle of the process as well as a very difficult seller, and Carmen was always there to help us through, she always returned my calls or texts, she always was ready to share her knowledge and walk me through processes and I believe that's why we had such a great experience with her as well.
