I work in property management and I deal with A LOT of real estate agents so I know the difference between the good ones and the not so good ones and believe me when I tell you that Carmen is THE BEST! I use her for all of my transactions and her level of communication, thoroughness, and attention to detail is unequaled. For example, I recently sold a rental property and she sent me a picture of the keys that I had given the tenant two years earlier to be sure I got all the keys back...she also got me very close to my asking price and quickly. I won't use anyone else!
