Carmen was great! We were selling from out of state and Carmen's guidance and help was invaluable! She was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns, usually within minutes, and did so many little things to help that i cant name them all. She found contractors for everything we needed done to the house, and pretty much walked us through the entire process. It would have been much more difficult without her help, and I would recommend her highly.
