My husband and I met Carmen Poplawski by chance and we are so glad we did. We were browsing online and asked for information about a property and she was the first realtor to respond. We met at that property the next day and we spoke with her about our needs and wants. The first property wasn't for us but the same day, Carmen had sent us 100+ properties to consider. Carmen, was very, very quick in responding to my wife’s search of a home with request to view on realtor.com. Carmen responded and reached out to my wife within minutes and arranged a showing of the property for the following day. Although we were not able to do a deal on this property we were able to establish a relationship with Carmen and explained our unique situation and circumstances. Carmen went work quickly and got us appointments to see multiple properties. She was able to find properties that met our requirements and arranged showings at our convienence.
