This was my second property purchase (not my first rodeo) and the level of energy and information provided by Carmen was astonishing! I’m use to doing my own research when it comes to purchases but I was amazed by the effort she gave, towards my concerns of specific details. I am so fortunate to have had Carmen as our realtor! We started working with her on a whim through Zillow and from the moment she took us to our first showing I knew she was going to be a great fit. Throughout the house hunting process she was in consistent communication with us and really listened to our “wish list.” We are first time home buyers and she was patient with all of our questions and took the time to explain everything in detail. Carmen was my 3rd agent. The other agents before her was not true to their words and would not reply promptly. Carmen called me after I mentioned about my experience and she made sure that she was qualified for what I was looking for. My 2nd agent only wanted to show my 4 houses in total in a day. Carmen showed me over 10 houses in one day. She was honest and very professional about the properties. At the beginning of the house searches she would give me a breakdown of what houses are available to see and not available. She was quick to answer and would call me if I was confused about something. I’m young and I feel like not many realtor took me seriously but she did. She’s like a second mom to me, she very sweet and easy to get along with. She even helped me mail my deposit and she’s very trustworthy. She definitely made the process of getting a house so much easier. She also got me a little something as a house warming gift. I definitely recommend her. Thanks for everything Carmen.
