She was so sweet to me and my kids and even went above and beyond to make sure the house was in perfect shape before I moved in. We have worked with Carmen before but this experience was a little different. We were selling our home and tried going through the VA. To do that they appointed a realtor to us. We were bummed because we really wanted to go with Carmen but went with it anyway. Boy, did we mess up. Our house wasn't selling and the clock was ticking. In my heart, I knew Carmen would've sold it months ago. So! We broke the contract we had with the VA realtor and went crawling back to Carmen. Our house was sold in 3 weeks I believe. This woman hustles and that is no joke. You want something done, she will do it. Period.
