I was in rehab for a lot of the time while the house was for sale. Carmen brought all necessary paper work to me while I was in rehab. Carmen took extra time to explain all the details of the contract. She also went beyond the scope of her job for me and always kept me aware of what was going on. Carmen referred me to an attorney who handled my sale, as I could not be at the closing. The sale went smooothly and we closed swiftly. I would not hesitate to hire Carmen again, or refer her to sell anyone's home.

Carmen website not working. Didn't provide aerial pictures because they cost too much money, yet we paid 3% commission. Very little communication after the signed contract. Was told we had to do some house repairs to close when we didn't need to.

As she nears retirement, Carmen remained capable and confident as she helped us sell our investment condo.

Carmen answered all my questions and was very helpful even helping me transition into my new home. She went beyond what she needed to do to make sure everything went smoothly, for my sale and helping me find my new home. She is a wonderful agent and I would have no trouble referring her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
